DEAR BUYERS! BEFORE RESERVING OR PURCHASING A PUPPY FROM THE KENNEL, PLEASE READ THESE RULES TO AVOID FURTHER MISUNDERSTANDINGS.
All puppies in our kennel:
- activated no earlier than 45 days; they undergo 2 dewormings, puppy vaccinations or an immunomodulator at 5-6 weeks. Vaccination with a complex imported vaccine at 2 months, then according to the standard vaccination schedule. - have cleanliness skills, are accustomed to a diaper, educated, socialized.
All our puppies have:
- puppy's metric - a brand is placed at 45 days, or a chip (placed at 2 months by agreement and paid separately) - veterinary passport of the established form, vaccinations according to age
All our puppies receive:
- instructions and brochures on care - consultations on care and education. Delivery assistance is possible (the buyer pays separately). There are several delivery options that are discussed individually.
We kindly ask you to be responsible when purchasing a living creature and to correctly assess your desires and capabilities. Respect the work of the breeder and treat the living creature with care.
The first condition for transferring a puppy to a new home is your deliberate, conscious decision to have a dog in the family as a full member of the family. Second condition: Are you ready to listen to the breeder? My relationship with new owners is built on trust. If you purchase a puppy from my kennel, then follow the recommendations for care and feeding, as soon as I know what and how is best for my babies!
I strongly recommend drawing a parallel between purchasing a puppy and the appearance of a small child in your home! Since when moving a puppy and paying for it, the money is not returned, and I reserve the right not to take the dog.
Think about what dictated your desire to have a four-legged friend? Do you have the time, opportunity and means to realize your cherished dream? Do your household share your desire to exercise with your four-legged friend?
I don’t sell dogs to children, if you are an adult and responsible person, then you should sensibly evaluate that adults get a dog, and for a child, a dog is a companion! I do not dispute the instillation of responsibility and there are children who are smarter than adults, but you contribute the money and the decision is yours.
And lastly: I do not sell dogs to people with psychiatric disorders - in the form of “Conspiracy Theory” phobias. Our communication with you can be based on TRUST! I am with you, after purchasing a puppy, I share my experience, advise, but as soon as doubts arise between us, “Google”, “Yandex”, “the neighbor said..., he suggested feeding it with bones” and so on, then our communication with you will automatically stop!
With the advent of a puppy, your life will become brighter, but there will also be more hassle. You will gain a wonderful friend who is practically never in a bad mood, and the dog’s devotion and sincerity will help you overcome difficult life situations. Your children will become more attentive, tolerant and kinder. As a breeder, I really want my pets to have a happy life in a loving family. And first of all, I am looking for people who want a dog as a companion and friend, and exhibitions and breeding will be just a pleasant addition if you yourself wish for it.
I guarantee that the animal meets a certain quality at the time of sale and cannot give 100% guarantees for its future exhibition career and reproductive qualities of the animal. Puppies under 9-12 months cannot have a Show or Breed class, since they are a small and living organism that still has to grow, develop and go through such moments as changing teeth.
Not a single puppy without systematic, competent work and training can become a show dog, even with the most outstanding exterior characteristics. Puppies in the kennel are always vaccinated against infectious diseases and always leave home clinically healthy. You have the right to come to me for a puppy with a Certified veterinarian or dog handler (having a state-issued certificate) to examine the health status and breed when the puppy moves to your home.
We can also take the puppy to the state clinic closest to the nursery for an examination and a health report from a veterinarian before purchase (payment at the buyer’s expense). The conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement occurs only in your personal presence and on your part in the presence of a veterinarian and a dog handler (certified).
I am always happy to provide all possible assistance in raising, training, grooming, and in the exhibition career of your pet. And also in selecting a couple. A puppy is considered reserved if a deposit of 30-50% of the cost is paid for it. The reservation period is established by mutual agreement of the parties.
The buyer must be aware that the deposit is essentially a contract of intent. If this agreement is violated due to the fault of the buyer, that is, the buyer refuses the puppy for some reason, then the deposit will NOT be returned. The deposit remains with the breeder as compensation for lost opportunities to sell the puppy.
If the buyer has circumstances that do not allow him to pick up the puppy within the agreed time frame, he must inform the breeder in advance and agree with him on all possible changes, as well as discuss the cost of unscheduled maintenance.
If, after the agreed period, the buyer does not come to pick up the puppy, then the breeder has the right to consider this puppy free from collateral obligations.
Key points when buying a puppy from a kennel:
1. You choose a puppy from those offered for sale. This can be done in person or remotely.
2 Puppies not vaccinated according to age are available for reserve ONLY remotely.
3. The question often arises: We want to come and see our puppy, which was previously booked. Is it possible?
Answer: Kennel is a round-the-clock work with adult dogs and babies, this includes care, education, bathing, feeding, etc. In addition to all this, I am a private person, I have my own family - children and a husband, as well as a job. If I welcome everyone into my home, then my puppies will not live to see the sale, because someone could cause an infection, and at that time the puppies are not vaccinated according to their age. Therefore, I cannot take such a risk, not only of the puppy I want to see, but also of all the other babies. For my part, I promise that I will not visit you every week, invade your privacy and obsessively control how my graduate lives.
4. If the puppy is ready by age to move to a new home, then 100% payment is made. If the puppy’s new home is in another city, or another country and you do not come to pick it up in person, then the puppy is sent by plane, train or road transport (with or without a courier). In this case, the buyer additionally pays for the box for transporting the puppy and the transportation itself. Money for these services is sent BEFORE shipping.
5. If the puppy is not ready to move to its new home due to age, then an advance payment of 30-50% of the cost is made and the puppy will be removed from sale. As soon as the puppy has grown up and is ready for his first trip, the remaining amount is paid + transportation costs, if any. All you have to do is prepare to meet your long-awaited baby.
